About Us We are behind some of Sweden's most appreciated restaurant concepts: Pitcher's, sports, entertainment, and food in an energetic environment Ll'amice, Italian culinary joy with heart, quality, and character Pepa Deli, modern, fresh, and flavor-driven food with a focus on pace and quality We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for a person who wants to elevate our concepts further with structure, creativity, and a strong sense of guest experience. About the Role As Executive Chef at headquarters, you will have a central role where you are responsible for developing, ensuring quality, and strengthening the food concepts in our operations. You work closely with operations, procurement, and management and serve as support to our locations. The role also includes regular travel and restaurant visits where you monitor quality, procedures, and results, and drive improvements together with the teams. This is a role where you get to combine gastronomy with analysis, structure, and forward thinking. We are looking for you who are a confident and driven leader with strong interest in food and experience from the restaurant industry.
