What does the role offer? As a kitchen designer at Elon, you become a central part of the company's sales team and work to create an inspiring kitchen experience for customers. Your responsibility includes receiving and handling customer inquiries, primarily in-store, where you independently build trustful and engaging customer relationships. You guide the customer through the entire purchase journey, from preparing quotation materials and kitchen drawings in Winner to ensuring that delivery and installation are carried out smoothly and professionally. Your main responsibilities: • Create a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers in the store and identify their needs. • Provide professional advice and design functional and stylish kitchen solutions. • Prepare quotation materials and manage the sales process from first contact to completed deal. • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient and successful deliveries. • Work in the Winner design software to visualize and present kitchen proposals. Who are you? The role also requires a good eye for color, form, and design since you are responsible for creating kitchens that are both aesthetically appealing and practical. Your sense of design combined with technical understanding and business acumen helps you exceed customer expectations and create high customer satisfaction. If you also have previous experience with IT-based tools and have worked in the Winner design software, that is an advantage that will facilitate your introduction to the role. It is a requirement that you speak Swedish and English well, both orally and in writing, and hold a category B driver's license. Other information Working hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM–6:00 PM plus some weekend work Start date: Immediate Scope: Full-time Location: Falköping and Skövde.
