HEAD CHEF/COOK AT HOTEL NORRE PARK We at Home Hotel Norre Park are now looking for a cook/head chef with experience. We are looking for you who have a passion for your work, you are stress-resistant, creative, engaged, enjoy working independently and taking your own initiative. Job responsibilities: Overall responsibility for all food operations including staff management, menu planning, budget management and ensuring efficient daily operations – all within the framework of our established and unique concept, but with plenty of room for personal creativity and influence. Develop and follow up routines for quality, hygiene and safety, and ensure that the team has everything they need to deliver food of the highest standard. Ensure strong collaboration between the kitchen, restaurant team and other departments through close communication and active participation in internal meetings. Lead and train kitchen staff, while promoting a positive and productive work environment in line with the hotel's goals and culture. We are looking for someone who: Has experience from a similar management position in a hotel, restaurant or kitchen. Is flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating good food and experiences. Turns challenges into opportunities, handles multiple tasks and maintains high standards, even when it gets tough. Has strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. The position is mostly based during daytime but some evenings and weekends per month occur for events. Home Hotel Norre Park serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
