With us, you will become an important part of our kitchen team and help provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience. Responsibilities: Preparation of ingredients and raw materials (e.g., cooking sushi rice, cutting vegetables) Assist sushi chefs as needed Basic cooking and plating Dishwashing, cleaning and sanitation in the kitchen Packing take-away orders Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is hardworking, stress-tolerant, and has a positive attitude. Since the pace during lunch and dinner can be high, it is important that you are quick and flexible.
