About the Role As a Kitchen Assistant in Stockholm, you will support kitchen staff with food preparation, basic cooking, and maintaining high hygiene and order standards. You'll often work at a fast pace during busy hours, receive goods deliveries, and contribute to a safe and service-oriented kitchen environment. What You'll Do Prepare raw materials and ingredients according to recipes and portioning instructions Perform basic cooking and portioning tasks Handle dishwashing, cleaning, and organization in the kitchen for good hygiene Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods Work efficiently during peak hours and prioritize tasks Follow food safety and hygiene routines Work closely with chefs and serving staff for smooth service What You Bring Previous experience from a kitchen or similar workplace Basic knowledge of food hygiene – preferably with certification Ability to work standing for extended periods and handle heavier lifting You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver top quality, every time You collaborate and strengthen the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn in the workplace Pay and Employment Form Positions are available as full-time, part-time, or as needed.
