Kitchen Assistant/Cook Needed for the day program Sjöbrisen Located in Örnsberg. Our current cook/homemaker is retiring We have 16 elderly guests per day. You will prepare and serve good and nutritious home-cooked meals made from scratch in our kitchen, adapted to the guests' needs. Knowledge of allergens and special diets is a requirement. You are responsible for maintaining good knowledge of hygiene routines regarding the kitchen and food products. We place great emphasis on attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and cleaning. You need to be able to create your own menus and work independently. We have high demands on how you treat our guests who have cognitive impairment You are social and goal-oriented with excellent customer service skills. We would like to see that you are trained in HACCP which is an asset. If you are a nursing assistant, that is a plus.
