Cook/Kitchen Assistant/Cold Station Attendant needed for a modern fast casual salad restaurant with varied responsibilities beyond cooking. BRUTALE in central Helsingborg, next to Systembolaget on Drottninggatan. 15 years of quality-driven food passion and genuinely personal service! Key Responsibilities: Cooking and prep for our salad menu Dishwashing Serving Handling salad and bowl orders at our salad bar in front of guests Cleaning Overseen purchasing Delivery receipt Managing self-checks, HACCP Waste management, etc. Hours: Mostly daytime until 3:00 PM, including weekends. Scope: Full-time minimum, 40+ hours Fluent Swedish required and preferably good English. Only candidates with relevant experience are sought. We would like to see 5+ years of experience in either restaurants, salad bars, cafés, commercial kitchens, or preschool kitchens where you prepared food from scratch.
