Chef/Cold Kitchen Specialist Needed for New Café & Restaurant Concept on Östermalm

We're opening a food café and restaurant concept on Östermalm soon and are now looking for a passionate cold kitchen specialist/chef who wants to help build the business with us. About the Role With us, you'll have the opportunity to: Help create the menu and concept from scratch Test new ideas and contribute with creativity Work with fresh ingredients and modern flavors Be an important part of a small team with high ambitions and great energy You will take primary responsibility for creating the menu and planning a new kitchen. We'd love if you're passionate about: Innovative cooking Healthy and modern cuisine Baked goods, fika, and café culture Flavors, presentation, and overall experience We're looking for someone who: Has completed culinary education as a cold kitchen specialist/chef (required). Baker/pastry chef experience is a plus. At least 1-3 years of experience in restaurant kitchens. Is a team player and enjoys collaborating Is punctual, responsible, and solution-oriented Takes own initiative and sees what needs to be done Contributes to a positive atmosphere with colleagues, customers, and suppliers Has a passion for service and food experiences Experience is required, but the right energy, attitude, and drive matter just as much to us.
