Your role with us As a cook with us, you step in and staff up when needed at our food service units. You will perform cooking, preparation of special diets, and serving. The tasks also include dishwashing, cleaning, packing, ordering, quality control, and other common kitchen tasks. Work in our meal program Mashie will also be part of the job. We use Time Care Pool as the booking system for your work shifts. In this position, placement can occur in different kitchens based on operational needs, which therefore places high demands on you to be open to new challenges every day. With us, you work daytime hours. As an employee with us, you are an ambassador for the staffing unit common services. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone with a certified restaurant and food service program with a kitchen focus or equivalent education. You need knowledge and experience with special diets. Experience working in production kitchens and experience with single-unit kitchens are merits. We also want you to have good knowledge of food hygiene and quality control and have experience with ordering and invoice management. Since ordering and communication are part of the work, we assume you have good computer skills and speak and write Swedish fluently. If you have knowledge and experience with meal planning software, that's a merit. You have a B driving license and access to a car. Your personal qualities are important and we're looking for someone who is flexible, responsive, and works well with others. You are solution-focused, positive, driven, and engaged. Being able to contribute that extra bit for both colleagues and guests is important to you. Upon a job offer, you must provide a police clearance certificate according to applicable legislation.
