We are now looking for chefs with a passion for both à la carte and conference dining – and who value well-prepared food. With us, you'll become part of an experienced and conscientious kitchen team with high ambitions, creative playfulness, and a strong sense of service. Together with the kitchen, you'll be a key person in our hotel operations, where our guests enjoy delicious lunches and memorable dinners in a unique seaside setting. You'll also occasionally contribute culinary delights to our charming Vincafé – an appreciated gathering place for both locals and hotel guests. Our food philosophy is simple: we let the season's finest ingredients, preferably from local producers, take their place on the plate – for the highest quality, flavor, and sustainability. Work Areas: Conference meals Lunch Bar menu À la carte Terms: We are seeking full-time chefs, but also extras as needed. You work on a rotating schedule, days, evenings, and weekends. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with start date by agreement. Salary by agreement. Collective agreement in place. Minimum 5 years of experience from à la carte kitchen. Experience with events is a merit. Knowledge and interest in locally produced ingredients and sustainable cooking. Strong sense of flavors and beautiful plating.
