The Company Åkerblads Gästgiveri, Hotell & SPA is a family-owned company that has been in the family's hands since the 1400s. Today, the 19th-22nd generation of the Åkerblad family works with a strong team to offer guests an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in the picturesque and highly renowned TÄLLBERG in Dalarna. For over 100 years, this location has been a destination for celebrities, royalty, and people seeking peace and harmony. Åkerblads Gästgiveri, Hotell & SPA consists of 73 unique and individually decorated guest rooms as well as a Restaurant that offers locally produced raw materials of high standard and quality for both weekend guests and conference guests. The hotel is currently classified with four stars and is committed to continuous improvement where quality is one of the cornerstones. Our latest addition to the company is the Spa department, where we offer 3 therapy rooms, 1 duo treatment room, hydrotherapy bath, and a spa suite with its own hot tub and sauna. The Spa department's water experience welcomes guests with a completely new pool area with indoor and outdoor pools year-round. The SPA concept also includes a fully equipped gym, sauna, relaxation areas, a product shop, and a pool bar. About the Role Chef at Åkerblads Kitchen – Gastronomy in an exclusive hotel environment. As a chef with us, you work in a dynamic hotel environment where the pace varies between elegant weekend dinners, well-planned conference meals, and events. You are an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring that every dish meets the highest quality – both in taste and presentation. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, driven, and has a strong sense for raw materials and craftsmanship.
