Chef for our Game Weeks and Goose Dinners at Skivarps Gästgivaregård

We are looking for a chef to join Skivarps Gästgivaregård for our Game Weeks and Goose Dinners this fall. You have experience with this type of cooking and you are a great team player. We offer Game menus from September 23 - October 10, after which we begin our traditional 4-course Goose Dinners through November 21. You have solid experience from à la carte restaurant kitchens, and you are able to work evenings and weekends since that is when we are open. Skivarps Gästgivaregård has been run by Jeanette and Johan Bohman since 2003. The farm dates back to the 1680s, so there is much history and tradition here. We have 16 hotel rooms and many guests come from far away each year to stay, eat, and enjoy good food and drink with us. You will work with a wonderful and positive team where some days are very busy with bookings and other days are quieter. Your responsibilities include prep work, service, and subsequent cleaning.
