JOB DUTIES Do you want to help create dining experiences? We are now looking for a passionate and creative chef for our kitchen at Rörbäcksnäs School. We are looking for someone who loves to cook high-quality food and has an eye for detail. You will have a central role in preparing special meals according to needs, while also having the opportunity to contribute to the development of our food concepts and the planning of operations. Your work duties also include food preparation and cooking, daily cleaning and dishwashing, quality control, food waste management and ordering supplies. With us you will not only have the chance to work with quality ingredients, but also the opportunity to influence and develop the kitchen's work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has some form of culinary training, for example catering or restaurant training at upper secondary school level or similar. You should have experience as a chef in a large kitchen and/or restaurant as well as knowledge/experience in special diets and quality control programs. Computer skills and experience with ordering are considered advantageous. As our next chef, the most important thing is that you love to cook and have a positive attitude to your work. You are flexible, collaborative, self-driven and have the ability to take your own initiative. Being service-oriented and open to new ideas are qualities we value highly.
