Chef at Nordic Taste Lab

Permanent position, full-time 100% Start date by agreement Who are we looking for? We are now seeking a passionate chef who wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the center. With curiosity and enthusiasm, you create flavorful and well-prepared dishes with a focus on sustainability. The position includes daily work with self-inspection, having good knowledge of allergens and being able to account for all ingredients, ordering and receiving goods, as well as waste management. You will also assist with inventory. About Nordic Taste Lab Nordic Taste Lab is an innovative lunch restaurant where we experiment with Nordic ingredients, sustainability, and new flavor combinations. We work with fermentation, seaweed, and circular thinking – always with taste and quality in focus. We are a small and tight team where everyone helps out, takes responsibility, and gets to be part of developing both the food and the restaurant. Working hours are scheduled for weekdays approximately 6:30-15:00, but evening work may occur on special occasions. Who are you? - You are over 18 years old - You have education in hotel and restaurant with a chef specialization or equivalent - You have previous experience from restaurant work - You have the ability to plan and structure work efficiently - Through your passion, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service and quality in what you deliver - You see your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resilient, and find it easy to collaborate and communicate - You can take own initiatives and are flexible in your professional role - You speak and write Swedish About Compass Group We are part of Compass Group, a global leader in food, beverage, and support services.
