The position includes daily work with quality control, having good knowledge of allergens and being able to account for all ingredients, ordering and receiving goods, as well as waste management and inventory. About Restaurant Tallkronan MR Tallkronan at F21, Norrbotten Air Wing, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening meals daily to conscripts, employees, and visiting units. We are 12 happy colleagues who prioritize service. Since we operate within a protected facility, a police clearance certificate and secrecy certificate are required. The clearance certificate must be without remarks and you must be a Swedish citizen as the operation is conducted within a military area. Who are you? You are over 18 years old You have training in hotel and restaurant management with a chef specialization or equivalent You have previous restaurant work experience You have the ability to plan and structure work effectively You take responsibility through your passion for maintaining a high level of service and quality in what you deliver You see your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resilient, and collaborate and communicate easily You can take own initiatives and are flexible in your professional role You speak and write Swedish Experience with menu planning systems is a plus Driver's license category B About Compass Group We are part of Compass Group, a world-leading provider of food, beverage, and support services.
