Your New Position We are looking for a chef at Ljungarumsskolan, which has two elementary schools divided into grades F-6 and 7-9. You will be part of a team of 6 employees where meals are prepared from scratch. You will report to the unit manager for the area and the head chef, who leads and coordinates daily work on site. Examples of responsibilities: Serve good, well-prepared meals to the kitchen's young guests. Prepare meals from scratch according to established guidelines for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Create nutritious, environmentally sustainable, and delicious meals for children and youth. Participate in menu planning and ordering supplies. Be a good ambassador for the kitchen while involving students in mealtimes. Integrate meals into both children and students' learning and development. Have the opportunity to influence young people's eating habits and health for a healthier lifestyle. Work independently or as part of a kitchen team consisting of chefs and kitchen assistants to prepare meals for the school. Other typical kitchen duties.
