We are looking for a chef immediately in Växjö who: Has experience working with Swedish à la carte cuisine and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Is organized, thorough, and has a well-structured approach to kitchen work. Has a strong guest focus and always strives to deliver food and service of high quality. Is flexible, takes responsibility, and has a positive attitude. Enjoys working both independently and together with colleagues. Has good knowledge of Swedish or English. You will work with classic chef duties within lunch, conference, and à la carte services. You will get to create your own menu and the hotel will order what you wish to serve to the guests. Work tasks include cooking, preparations, ordering, and working to reduce food waste. If you have baking experience, that is a merit, as we also serve fika during conferences.
