Enskede Värdshus is seeking an engaged and curious cook to join our kitchen team. Our operation includes à la carte dining, lunch buffet, brunch, Christmas buffet, and various types of events. About the Job As a cook with us, you will work on a variety of kitchen tasks, including: Mise en place and preparations Cooking and plating À la carte Lunch buffet and brunch Christmas buffet and various events Organization, hygiene, and quality in the kitchen The role also involves considerable interaction with our guests. Therefore, it's important that you enjoy service, are sociable, and feel comfortable meeting guests outside the kitchen as well. We're Looking for You If You Have a genuine interest in cooking Are engaged, positive, and responsible Thrive working in a team Can work in a structured manner even when the pace is fast Are curious and want to develop within the profession Have a sense of service and enjoy guest interaction Speeak Swedish well, both orally and in writing Previous restaurant kitchen experience is a merit, but we place great emphasis on personality, work ethic, and attitude. You can be relatively new to the profession and still be a great fit with us. Work Hours Work hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends, so it's important that you enjoy and are able to work these times.
