Job Description
The food service is part of the Technical Department and consists of several kitchen units. Here, 650 portions are prepared daily for preschools and schools, elderly care, and home care services. A new production kitchen is on the way and we are introducing new technology, including a digital meal planning program that facilitates meal planning, ordering, and documentation.
The position includes regular chef work, such as preparation of standard and special diets, salad buffet, dishwashing, ordering, cleaning, food packaging, and leading the daily operations in production.
The employment will begin with an introduction so you become comfortable in your role.
Qualifications
Chef/large kitchen training or other training that the employer considers equivalent

The work requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to structure and plan your work – therefore, it is important that you are curious and hardworking and are not afraid to take your own initiative.
Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old
Meritorious

Experience working in a large kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation
Knowledge of special diets, allergens, and adapted meals
Interest in sustainability and development
Knowledge of self-inspection
Duration/Working Hours
Full-time. Permanent position. Start date by agreement.
