JOB DUTIES
As a cook, you bear responsibility for the preparation, cooking, and serving of good, safe, and nutritious meals with consideration for the environment. Other important duties include responsibility for special diets, bread baking, participation in menu planning and purchasing, openness to preparing new dishes, and daily management of dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen and dining area.
Good collaboration skills with the preschool's pedagogues and being a trustworthy person with the ability to work independently and methodically. You should also be flexible and able to adapt to new situations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Chef training in large-scale kitchens/restaurant or equivalent experience valued by the employer.
Experience cooking in large quantities
Documented experience
Strong knowledge/passion for cooking, food quality, environmental thinking, and customer focus.
Strong knowledge and understanding of allergies.
Good collaboration skills
Good collaboration skills with the preschool's pedagogues and being a trustworthy person with the ability to work independently and methodically. You should also be flexible and able to adapt to new situations.
