We serve a small number of children in a safe and stimulating environment. We work closely together and value good collaboration between staff and guardians. We are now seeking a cook with facilities management responsibility who wants to contribute to the children's health and well-being by preparing good and nutritious meals and creating a clean and welcoming environment. Job Responsibilities As a cook, you are responsible for: Planning and preparing breakfast, lunch, and snacks in accordance with the Swedish Food Agency's recommendations. Handling special diets and allergies. Ordering groceries and managing the kitchen budget within set limits. Responsibility for self-inspection, food hygiene, and kitchen routines. Dishwashing and daily kitchen maintenance. As the facilities management responsible person, you are responsible for: Daily cleaning of the preschool facilities according to established routines. Hygiene and order in shared spaces. Refilling consumable materials and contributing to a safe and pleasant work environment. Division of responsibilities: 80% cook & 20% facilities management Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has experience working in a kitchen, preferably in preschool, school, or large-scale catering. Has knowledge of food hygiene and self-inspection (HACCP). Has experience with facilities management or similar tasks. Is organized, responsible, and service-oriented. Has strong collaboration skills and a positive approach. It is advantageous if you have training in restaurant and large-scale catering or other relevant education.
