Full-Time 100% Permanent Position Chef, À la Carte The kitchen at Lottas produces fresh pasta daily, makes its own stocks, and marinates and dry-ages its own meats. We use few or no prepared ingredients. In short, a somewhat old-fashioned kitchen ideal! The menu is a mix of pub classics and "fine dining." The goal is reasonably priced food with surprising quality. The kitchen is larger than the pub area—approximately 250 square meters—with capacity to serve around 450 dinner guests per evening, which is not uncommon on weekends. We're looking for you if you have a burning passion for cooking and great service, enjoy working as part of a team, and put the guest at the center of focus. Prior experience is a plus.
