JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a cook in our resource pool, you will perform all tasks within kitchen and restaurant operations, such as food preparation, cooking, and serving delicious, safe, and nutritious meals. Other important responsibilities include managing special diets, bread baking, ordering supplies, and daily management of both dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant. The work requires flexibility as you will cover our kitchens during absences and leave. You may work alone in one of our smaller kitchens as well as together with several colleagues in a larger kitchen. Recruiting is ongoing. QUALIFICATIONS Cook training in large-scale kitchen/restaurant or equivalent experience valued by the employer. Daily work requires good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills. Documented experience. At least 3 years of documented experience working as a cook during the last 5 years and experience cooking in large quantities. Strong understanding and knowledge of allergies and special diets. Class B driver's license and access to a car. We are looking for you who independently seeks new challenges, makes things happen, and initiates activities and projects.
