We are now recruiting a trained Chef for an on-call position. We are looking for you with a positive team spirit who wants to become part of our small chef team at our Gastropub CHAPTER HOUSE in central Växjö. Chapter House, located in the heart of Växjö, opened in 2015 and is a cozy gastropub with a focus on craft-produced beer from around the world. Our passion is beer, gin, and well-prepared pub food, where we prepare everything from scratch. We are looking for a trained chef with experience working with à la carte menus, quality control, self-inspection, and who is well-versed in hygiene routines. The role is a combination of practical kitchen work, managing hygiene routines and cleaning, where you ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly, spotlessly, and of course delivers high-quality food to our guests. We are looking for a positive person who is passionate about the service industry, cooking, and who is generally a great person to work with. We value experience, but equally a wonderful personality that fits well into our team. To handle our high pace, you need to possess the following qualifications: Prestigious Stress-resistant Team player Flexible Creative Proactive Solution-oriented The position is on-call, so hours vary. Working hours vary but mainly include evenings and weekend work. Salary according to agreement. We conduct continuous recruitment and may fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
