Memorio AB operates the conference and event facilities at van der Nootska Palatset, Cedergrenska Tornet, and Stora Brännbo Conference & Hotel. Memorio also manages catering for conferences and events, including 7As facilities at Posthuset and Odenplan, as well as food service at Soppteatern at Stockholm Stadsteater and Lilla Klara. Cook – Extra/Occasional Days van der Nootska Palatset & Cedergrenska Tornet Want to cook in environments that people remember? We are now seeking cooks to work on an as-needed basis at van der Nootska Palatset and Cedergrenska Tornet. Here you'll work in two of Stockholm's most unique venues – from historic salons on Södermalm to a tower in Danderyd with views over the entire city. Like us, you are passionate about providing every guest with warm and professional service. You have a natural feel for taste, service, and quality – and thrive in a fast-paced environment where solutions and flexibility are an integral part of the work. We are looking for someone who is: • Self-driven and confident in the kitchen • Driven, stress-resilient, and solution-oriented • Flexible and organized • A team player with strong communication skills • Genuinely interested in food You will help prepare, cook, and deliver both cold and hot dishes for our various events. The work is varied and may include: • Conferences and business dinners • Weddings and celebrations • Events and seasonal arrangements (for example, Christmas buffets) Qualifications • Relevant culinary training • At least two years of documented experience from restaurant kitchens • Experience in conference, event, or banquet operations is a plus Terms This is an as-needed position with start date by agreement.
