Spice n Rice HALMSTAD is #7 of 8 restaurants we operate throughout Sweden. We prepare Thai and Chinese food à la minute and serve when customers order. We are located near the city center and have approximately 70 seats. We are looking for positive, service-oriented, meticulous team members who enjoy working in a team environment and can handle a fast-paced work tempo. We will hire employees who possess these qualities. Your prior experience in the profession is not as important, as we will train you on-site with our supervisors and training manuals in both the dining area and kitchen. You will work on preparing our Asian dishes according to our recipe book. You will assist kitchen assistants in producing all preparatory ingredients and you will work with kitchen routines such as hygiene control, ingredient handling, and other food preparation in a small team of colleagues. YOU must have worked as a cook with Asian cooking for at least 2 years and be able to operate a gas stove. If you speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Thai, that is an additional advantage.
