About Malmö Kreativa CampusHere, Designgymnasiet, LBS Kreativa Gymnasiet, and Rytmus Musikgymnasium come together in a shared campus for 1000 students. With music studios, design studios, and stages, we create a dynamic environment where the cafeteria and café become the heart of our operations. Your Role in the Kitchen - ResponsibilitiesTogether with the head chef, sous chef, and the rest of the team, you will create a lunch experience that stands out. The campus, just like the kitchen and dining hall, is brand new with well-equipped machinery and excellent conditions for school meals that go beyond the ordinary. Here you have every opportunity to be part of a team passionate about the work! As a chef with us, you are responsible for: Production: Preparing and presenting nutritious and delicious food for the campus and our neighboring facilities, totaling approximately 2000 portions/day. Sustainability: We work with circular cooking and AcadeMedia's guidelines, where green focus and minimal food waste are a given. Collaboration: You are an important link between the kitchen and the school's students and staff, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the dining hall. Who Are We Looking For?We are seeking a person who is an unpretentious team player, flexible, passionate, and creative in creating a student restaurant of the highest class. You understand that presentation is just as important as taste and sustainability when it comes to lunch. Experience: Trained chef with at least 3 years of experience from large-scale kitchens with high-volume food production (more than 2000 portions) Competence: You are confident in flavors, well-organized, and have good knowledge of self-inspection and resource efficiency. Personality: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are communicative, and see interaction with students as a natural and enjoyable part of your workday. Language: You speak and write Swedish fluently. OtherThe position is a permanent contract in the form of a term position at 87%. This means you have a fixed monthly salary year-round, work full-time but are off during school holidays with paid leave. We apply a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
