We're looking for someone who thrives at a fast pace with a burning passion for food and work. You either have formal culinary training or have gone through life's hard school. You work with concept-driven cooking that embodies the Western Hospitality spirit with large portions and heart. Everyone works according to a fixed rotating schedule and follows the collective agreement. Mostly evening work but also some daytime work with food preparation.
