We are seeking an experienced sushi chef for our family-run restaurant in Hässleholm. We are looking for someone with experience working as a sushi chef who is meticulous, responsible, and has a genuine interest in Japanese cuisine. You thrive working at a fast pace, have good teamwork skills, and contribute to a positive work environment. Job Duties: Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes according to the restaurant's menu. Prepare and handle raw materials, such as fish, seafood, rice, and vegetables. Ensure high quality, good hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen. Be responsible for organization and cleanliness in the workplace. Participate in planning and preparations for daily operations. Qualifications: You must be able to communicate in Swedish or Vietnamese, both verbally and in writing. Experience with food hygiene and self-inspection is a merit.
