The position includes daily work with quality control, having good knowledge of allergens and being able to account for all ingredients, ordering and receiving goods, as well as waste management. You will also assist with menu planning and inventory management. About Gefle Ångkök Here, meals are prepared daily for schools, preschools, elderly care, and other operations. The operation encompasses approximately 60 employees distributed across several units, of which around 16 work at Ångköket. In addition, we deliver daily meals to our customers' dining halls with a focus on quality, service, and excellent dining experiences. To ensure our customers receive nutritious meals every day, the operation runs year-round. Our kitchen is in operation 365 days a year to be able to deliver food to, among others, elderly care and other operations that need meals daily, which means that inconvenient working hours also occur.
