This is a role for you who wants to be where things happen. As a QMS specialist at Bellman Group, you work close to operations and help translate requirements, processes, and goals into practical value in daily work. You lead audits, conduct safety inspections, train employees, and drive improvement initiatives together with our subsidiaries, and you get the opportunity to make a real impact.
You combine a strategic perspective with an operational approach and become an important partner to managers and employees on matters concerning quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. As part of our central QMS team, you contribute to developing management systems, working methods, and safety culture across the entire group. Here you work alongside engaged colleagues with great opportunities to make an impact with a strong focus on operational value. The role involves regular travel within the region as you work close to our operations and projects.
Key responsibilities
Support our subsidiaries in quality, environment, and occupational health and safety
Develop and maintain management systems
Plan and conduct internal audits and follow up on QMS controls
Participate in external ISO audits
Follow up on regulatory compliance and internal processes in environment and occupational health and safety
Conduct safety inspections, workplace visits, and risk assessments
Investigate accidents, incidents, and deviations
Analyze results and drive improvement work
Train and coach managers and employees
Contribute to collaboration and development of common working methods across Bellman Group
The role involves close collaboration with both group functions and operations in our subsidiaries, where you function as a support in both operational and developmental matters.
We are seeking someone who
has several years of experience with qualified QMS work and enjoys a role where you can combine development, structure, and close collaboration with operations.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
Have relevant education in environment, quality, occupational health and safety, or equivalent experience
Have experience working in QMS, preferably in contracting, construction, transport, or industry
Have good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
Have experience with internal audits and systematic improvement work
Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Have a Class B driver's license
As a person, you are unpretentious, self-driven, and comfortable building trust at all levels of the organization. You have the ability to translate requirements into practical solutions and are driven by creating real operational value.
