Description We are looking for you with a burning interest in construction site work environment issues, where you are the one who not only ensures that processes work but also improves them. In the Development and Projects Department, the department's internal water and sewage projects are designed and project managed. In addition, the department project manages the contracts that are procured and performed by external contractors or called off via framework agreements. The department has the Unit for Project Methodology and Operations Development (UPPV) which you will be part of. The unit is a support function focused on operations development and includes issues within digitalization, project processes, follow-up and work environment coordination. Work Tasks In your role, you are the coordinator for the department's planning and follow-up of systematic construction site work environment work. You provide support to the building owner (Circulation and Water) in work environment matters, and you participate in the administration's systematic work both internally and in collaboration with other parts of the city. This means that you: support the units' project managers/site managers in their construction site work environment work, e.g., participate in risk assessments, safety inspections investigate and follow up incidents to develop the department's systematic work environment work. inspire and train employees and managers in the work environment field. ensure that the laws and regulations relevant to the department are managed and communicated to affected employees. ensure compliance with the Work Environment Authority's regulations and internal procedures and guidelines Qualifications We are looking for you who have: university or college education (at least 2 years) or vocational training (at least 400 credits) in a relevant field. Plus at least 5 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industry as a work environment coordinator or equivalent where the work tasks have included work environment issues (BAS-P/U). Alternatively at least 10 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industry as a work environment coordinator or equivalent where the work tasks have included work environment issues (BAS-P/U) and the necessary theoretical knowledge that can be acquired through relevant courses/training. For both alternatives, you also have Good knowledge of the Work Environment Authority's regulations and general advice (AFS 2023:3) on design and construction site work environment coordination – basic responsibilities. Relevant parts of the Work Environment Authority's regulations and general advice (AFS 2023:13) on risks in certain types of work. Driver's license for passenger car. Meritorious: knowledge of ISO 45001 or equivalent management system. Characteristics and Abilities Good communication skills to express yourself in speech and writing.
