We're now looking for a QMS Coordinator who will become a central part of the project organization and contribute to ensuring that our projects are executed with high quality, good order, and a strong safety mindset from start to finish. About the QMS Coordinator role As a QMS Coordinator, the role involves supporting project management and production in daily work through administrative coordination, document management, and follow-up. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that the project's QMS work is carried out in accordance with applicable requirements and that administrative processes and meeting structures function effectively throughout the project. Your work tasks will consist of: Drive and coordinate the project's QMS work. Ensure quality in document management and project administration. Support project management and production in daily project work. Follow up on deviations, self-inspections, safety rounds, and QMS key metrics. Coordinate project meetings and ensure a functioning meeting structure. Contribute to ensuring that the project meets requirements within quality, environment, and workplace safety. Who are you? As a person, you are self-driven and propel your work forward. You are thorough and have an eye for detail while being able to see the bigger picture in the project. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to plan and prioritize in a project environment. You are also communicative and enjoy collaborating with different functions and stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you need to have: Experience with project administration in construction, installation, or industrial projects. Experience working within quality, environment, and workplace safety (QMS). Strong administrative skills and experience handling extensive documentation. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Teams. Good communication skills and experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders. Good knowledge of Swedish workplace safety requirements and contracting processes. Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience from data center projects and other mission-critical facilities, such as hospitals or data halls. Experience with document management systems, contracting projects according to AB, ABT, and ABT-U standards, as well as QMS coordination in larger contracts is also considered an advantage.
