Our clinic has 7 treatment rooms and we are a great team of approximately 20 skilled employees of varying ages. The clinic employs dentists, dental hygienists, and dental nurses with different experience levels, and we value learning from each other and working together. The clinic's patient base consists of children, adults, and elderly patients with varying treatment needs. The clinic is centrally located in Henån and is easily accessible by both bus and car (free parking available at the clinic). Feel free to learn more about our opening hours and directions: Folktandvården Orust - Folktandvården About the Job As clinic coordinator, you are the clinic manager's management support and part of the clinic's leadership, which means you are an employer representative. You should support the clinic manager with natural integrity and loyalty in the task of leading and developing the business and actively work toward goal achievement in accordance with the clinic contract and other governing documents. Examples of work tasks: Handle staffing matters, appointment scheduling, and Heroma reporting. Responsible for scheduling and managing absences. Provide active support to the clinic manager in change management, operations, personnel, and finance. Exercise daily work supervision. Participate in the introduction and development of employees and students. Participate in systematic workplace environment efforts. Contribute to business development by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work. Support the implementation and follow-up of various projects and systems. Continue collaboration with neighboring clinics to promote common goals. Qualifications We want you to: Be trained as a dental nurse, dental hygienist, or have other relevant education. Have experience working at Folktandvården or similar healthcare organization. Be structured and a good organizer with the ability to stay ahead of the curve. Have good communication skills, be a good listener, and be able to express yourself clearly and distinctly both verbally and in writing. Contribute to collaboration, cooperation, and a safe and developmental work environment. Be a role model based on the organization's values. Be flexible and unpretentious. Have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, handle changed circumstances, new requirements, and unexpected situations with a solution-oriented approach. Have the ability to prioritize work tasks and quickly adjust when needed. Interviews are scheduled for Monday, September 14 and will be held at the clinic.
