We are seeking: Clinic Director (Temporary Position) for Stockholm Addiction Clinic Do you want to lead an operation where quality, compassion, and real change are at the center? Stockholm Addiction Clinic is a private addiction treatment clinic in the heart of Stockholm that provides comprehensive care for people with substance use disorders – as well as support for their loved ones. We work with evidence-based methods and maintain close collaboration with Castle Craig Hospital. We are now looking for a confident and committed clinic director (temporary position) who wants to take overall responsibility for the operation's management, quality, and development. About the Role As clinic director, you will have overall responsibility for: • Operational management – both strategic and operational • Personnel, work environment, and finances • Quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance (HSL/SoL) • Collaboration with medical directors and external stakeholders • Development of procedures, structure, and care quality The clinic director reports to Castle Craig Hospital's Client Service Director, who is based in England. We are looking for someone who • Has experience in a leadership role within healthcare • Has a good understanding of HSL and operational responsibility • Is confident in your leadership and accustomed to making decisions • Thrives in an environment where both structure and people-focus are crucial Location: Stockholm (Kungsholmsgatan 10) / Hybrid Scope: Part-time Start: By agreement (autumn) Temporary position: 12 months, with possibility for extension Selection is ongoing – we would be happy to receive your application as soon as possible.
