The clinic was built approximately 2-3 years ago and consists of 4 treatment rooms and an experienced team with 3 dental teams, 1 dental hygienist, and 1 receptionist. Here you will meet an operation with high expertise, strong team spirit, and close collaboration between professional groups.
Are you our future colleague?
We are looking for a flexible and responsible clinic manager with at least 3 years of experience in the industry as a dental assistant, dental hygienist, or dentist. Experience with administrative work and personnel responsibility is a requirement, and experience in leadership is a merit. In your role as clinic manager, you are responsible for both operational and strategic matters and report to the regional manager.
We see that this person has a passion for leadership and the ability to bring together a functioning team that strives toward the same goal.
Responsibilities
Typical tasks included in your role as clinic manager include:
- Responsibility for the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring that the operation functions efficiently
- Organize and follow up on workflows, patient bookings, and staff scheduling
- Work to maintain and develop the clinic's quality efforts and ensure that patients' needs are met in the best way possible
- Responsibility for budgeting, financial follow-up, and results reporting
- Collaborate with other managers and management groups to achieve common goals and visions
