Clinic Manager at Hamnesplanaden :-D

We are looking for a committed and experienced clinic manager who wants to drive and develop our clinic at Hamnesplanaden in Uppsala. The clinic has recently been renovated and consists of 5 treatment rooms and an experienced team with 3 dental teams and 2 dental hygienists. Are you our future colleague? We are looking for a flexible and responsible clinic manager with at least 3 years of experience in the industry as a dental assistant, dental hygienist, or dentist. Experience with administrative work and personnel responsibility is required, and prior leadership experience is a plus. As a clinic manager, you will be responsible for both operational and strategic matters and will report to the regional manager. We believe this person has a passion for leadership and can build functioning teams that work toward the same goals. Job Responsibilities Typical duties included in your role as clinic manager include: - Manage the daily operations of the clinic and ensure that the business runs efficiently - Organize and follow up on workflows, patient bookings, and staff scheduling - Work to maintain and develop the clinic's quality efforts and ensure that patient needs are met in the best way - Oversee budgeting, financial tracking, and results reporting - Collaborate with other managers and leadership teams to achieve common goals and visions There are opportunities for professional development, and we welcome your openness to new knowledge and expanded responsibility within the position.
