JOB DUTIES
As clinic manager, you are responsible for the strategic development and ongoing operations of the clinic. You are responsible for ensuring the clinic's results and quality and you have every opportunity to make your mark on how the business should develop. You run the business based on a sustainable work environment, a business-minded approach and balanced finances. You are a present, unpretentious and supportive manager who creates engagement, participation and security.
In your role as clinic manager, you will not only drive the business forward, but also create and maintain long-term customer relationships together with your team. You will identify development opportunities and create a culture where continuous improvement is in focus. Here you have the chance to work together with your team of veterinarians, animal care workers and animal nurses to build on a business where both employees and customers feel well cared for.
We are now looking for someone with experience leading competence-intensive operations and specialists. Above all, we value your natural leadership ability and your willingness to create an operation where everyone feels involved and motivated to contribute to the business. You will be a key person in our work to create an even stronger and more attractive clinic, while you have great freedom and flexibility in your role and can influence the clinic's future.
You will also become part of the regional management where you contribute to the region's development and share experiences with your 11 clinic manager colleagues in the Central region.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires that you have:
• relevant academic education
• documented experience of leading successfully
• B driving license
Experience from animal care or other competence-intensive operations is a merit.
It is important to us that you are a confident, responsive and structured leader who finds it easy to create and maintain good relationships with both employees and partners. You also need to have good communication skills, be solution-oriented and work purposefully to deliver good results. Driving development and having a sense of business acumen are cornerstones of success in the role of clinic manager at us.
