We are looking for an engaged and experienced clinic manager who wants to drive and develop our clinic at Åsögatan. As clinic manager, you will have a key role in our operations and be responsible for both operational and strategic work. Experience in administrative work and personnel responsibility is required, and leadership experience is a merit. The clinic consists of 6 treatment rooms and we have 3 dental teams, 2 hygienists, and 1 receptionist where we all share responsibility for the daily workflow. Are you our future colleague? We are looking for a flexible and responsible clinic manager with at least 3 years of experience in the dental industry as a dental assistant, dental hygienist, or dentist. Experience in administrative work and personnel responsibility is required, and leadership experience is a merit. In your role as clinic manager, you will be responsible for both operational and strategic matters and report to Regional Manager Lena Dahl. We see that this person has a passion for leadership and the ability to bring together functioning teams that work toward the same goals. You will also represent Distriktstandvården with care and service, which is reflected in your positive attitude and your drive to always deliver excellent results. You have a talent for building relationships and maintaining them with ease. Furthermore, you are skilled at communicating, and you understand the value of good dialogue where clarity and information are important components. Responsibilities Typical work tasks included in your role as clinic manager include: - Responsibility for the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring that the business runs efficiently - Organize and follow up on workflows, patient bookings, and staff scheduling. - Work to maintain and develop the clinic's quality management and ensure that patient needs are met in the best possible way - Responsibility for budgeting, financial monitoring, and results reporting - Collaborate with other managers and leadership teams to achieve common goals and vision There are opportunities for professional development and we would like to see that you are open to new knowledge and expanded responsibility within the position.
