You will be responsible for: Answering customer inquiries (by phone, email, and chat) in accordance with airBaltic's customer service standards and procedures; Making changes to airline ticket reservations in accordance with ticket purchase terms; Selling airline tickets and various additional services; Performing necessary actions in the ticket reservation system; Providing travel agencies and partner airlines with the necessary information; Processing sales data in accordance with guidelines. If you have: Excellent Latvian and English language skills; additional skill - knowledge of other foreign languages*; General secondary education; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Customer-oriented personality; Precision, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work as a team; Ability to find solutions in problem situations and high stress tolerance; Computer literacy; Ability to work shifts: 6:00–15:00; 9:00–18:00; 15:00–23:30. *Foreign language skills are required for communication with customers, partners, colleagues, and potential employees, as well as for working with the company's internal systems, including the processing of necessary documents and requests.
