VAS "Latvijas Pasts" Senior Customer Service Specialist at the Customer Service Point in Lapmežciems: Help create an excellent customer experience – join our team! Job Responsibilities: Ensure efficient operation of the customer service point and customer satisfaction. Customer consulting and service sales; Provision of postal services, payments, financial services and other services; Processing, issuing and data entry of shipments into the system. Requirements for Candidates: Secondary or vocational secondary education. Latvian language proficiency (B2 level). Experience working with customers (minimum 1 year). Ability to work with MS Office and office equipment. Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and resolve problem situations. We Offer: Salary for part-time work from EUR 435.00 to EUR 585.00 gross per month (for part-time); Working hours from 07:30-11:30; Health insurance policy after six months of work; Health insurance policy after 3 months of work; Coverage of mandatory health check expenses after the check period; Accident insurance from the first day; Comprehensive benefits package, including additional vacation days (based on tenure and health promotion), various allowances, gifts and other benefits; Necessary induction training for the job; Work uniform.
