Job Description As a client handler, you are responsible for managing clients' legal care matters. The work involves investigation, decision preparation, and certain decision-making in accordance with applicable regulations. Together with the prison inspector, you maintain and develop legal care work and participate in legal care forums. The client handler is also responsible for supervising correctional officers in client matters and for quality assurance of clients' implementation plans. Qualifications To succeed in the role of client handler, it is important that you have a structured and organized way of working. You plan and carry out your work efficiently, even under high workload or temporary tasks. You are flexible and easily adapt to current circumstances and see opportunities in change. As a person, you are confident, stable, and distinguish between the personal and professional. It is important to you to always act in accordance with made decisions, policies, and guidelines. You are pedagogical and have a clear way of communicating, and you adapt your way of conveying information to the recipient to ensure your message gets through.
