Job Description As a client administrator at the detention facility in Jönköping, you will be responsible, under the prison inspector, for overall client case management. The work involves making decisions according to delegation, case handling, monitoring of the legal client process, enforceability checks, and client matters such as planning of inmate sentences, obtaining consent declarations, serving decisions/judgments, and calculating sentence time. Your duties as a client administrator also include disseminating information and providing methodological guidance to staff in daily operations. The role also involves, in dialogue with the prison inspector and your colleague client administrator, developing and ensuring quality in legal services at Jönköping Detention Facility. Additionally, collaboration with other authorities as frequently required within the scope of the role. Qualifications We are seeking someone who possesses good knowledge of administrative law and has experience handling tasks that consist of both legal decisions and supervisory assignments. You must be responsive to the requirements of legal certainty. You are organized and independent in your work and thrive in an autonomous role with high expectations and precision according to applicable regulations. Experience with case management, decision-making, or investigative work Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. Strong administrative skills. Good knowledge of administrative law It is also considered advantageous to have: Completed Kriminalvården's basic training. Previous experience with client administrator work within Kriminalvården. Good knowledge of relevant legislation. Good knowledge of Kriminalvården's client administrative system. Good knowledge of other relevant languages in both speech and writing.
