About the Assignment We are now recruiting hourly client coaches for FrySiS and the Prison Service Assignment – two of Fryshuset's activities that support young people placed within SiS and the Prison Service. As a client coach, you meet young people in vulnerable life situations and provide support, guidance and motivation to create conditions for positive change. The assignment includes among other things: Visit young people at SiS institutions, detention facilities and prisons Conduct meetings with young people in aftercare/after release Conduct individual support and motivation conversations Hold group meetings and information initiatives Work in teams and collaborate on case processes Cooperate with authorities and other stakeholders around the young person Document and follow up interventions The work takes place both independently and together with colleagues within FrySiS national network and the Prison Service Assignment Malmö respectively. Travel is part of the role. We are primarily looking for you who want to work hourly as needed. For the right person, there may be opportunities for part-time employment in the future depending on the activity's needs and financing. Who Are You? Qualifications Requirements Relevant education, for example social worker, social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue or other equivalent education Experience in social work with children and young people or client-facing work Experience of meeting people in vulnerable situations Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing B driving license Meritorious Experience of work within SiS, the Prison Service or other secure facility Knowledge of MI or other conversation methodology Experience of documentation and record-keeping Experience of work with treatment plans/goal-driven processes or similar Experience from the voluntary sector, municipality or public authority Additional language skills We Offer At Fryshuset, you have the opportunity to be part of a values-driven organization that works to give young people future hope and new opportunities. We are now building up a group of client coaches for FrySiS and are therefore looking for several hourly employees. If you want to engage in the activity long-term, there may be opportunities for part-time employment in the future depending on need and financing. Location: Malmö The position is covered by a collective agreement between Fremia and Unionen/Akademikerförbunden SSR.
