Stavsborgsskolan is part of the Älta Rector's Area, located in the scenic Älta region. The Älta Rector's Area consists of three elementary schools, one resource school, and six preschools. Your Assignment In your role as a grade 3 teacher, you will teach students in all subjects except physical education and music. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction in your subjects based on the curriculum. You will also monitor, assess, and document students' knowledge development. Your work includes mentoring, where you are responsible for building trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. To create the right conditions for students, close collaboration is required with the school's after-school program, other teachers, school leadership, student health team, and when needed, the special education team. You will be part of the F-3 team. You will collaborate regarding students, planning, assessment, pedagogical development work, and systematic quality work. Your Experience For this position, you must have: ongoing or completed teaching certification with authorization to teach in elementary school experience working as a teacher at the elementary level experience with mentoring good digital competence with experience using IT as a pedagogical tool strong ability to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing experience working with students who need extra support and special accommodations.
