About the Position As a class teacher you are responsible for a class and follow students' academic, social, and personal development. You plan, implement, and develop instruction in close collaboration with colleagues, student support services, and guardians. You become an important part of the school's pedagogical community and contribute to developing our activities during a time when the school is growing and evolving. We Are Looking for You Who are a certified teacher for grades K–6 (alternatively grades 4-6) have experience with or interest in Waldorf pedagogy have a genuine interest in all children's development and learning value long-term relationships are creative, initiative-taking, and responsible are interested in further education for teaching at both primary and intermediate levels (if you don't already have this expertise) Waldorf teacher training is a merit but not required.
