Description We are looking for you with good patience and a calm approach who is eager to be present around classrooms and students to: Support students/student groups educationally and socially in the classroom and during breaks/transitions. In collaboration with educators and special education teachers, design instruction and pedagogy during school hours in a health-promoting way. Adapt your approach to students/student groups. Document the school day based on students/student groups' circumstances. Contribute to activating students during breaks and creating meaningful breaks. Contribute to learning in the classroom and in the after-school program. Other work tasks assigned by your manager. Qualifications Meritorious education: Child care worker Educational support specialist Social pedagogue You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Special emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
