About the role: As a Unit Manager at Kiwa, you are a key person with a primary focus on leading and, thanks to your natural leadership qualities, you become the core of your team to drive and develop employees. Your location is Luleå, and your team consists of approximately 30 employees, including one production manager. Your employees work primarily in the areas of lift safety, process safety, and non-destructive testing. Your team is located in Luleå, Gällivare, and Kiruna. You report directly to the Regional Manager. The position involves travel and overnight stays. Do you have what it takes? · University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. · At least 3 years of documented leadership experience with personnel responsibility. · Previous experience in inspection, industry, or maintenance services, or other equivalent industry experience. · Experience with budget work. · Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written. · Class B driver's license. Beyond the above, we expect that you have experience working with improvement initiatives and driving change processes within a larger organization. We believe you have a good understanding of business development and resource planning to create quality and efficiency. As a person, you are analytical and structured, and you have the ability to plan and implement business strategies both in the short and long term.
