We are now seeking a reliable assistant for a cheerful and positive wheelchair-using woman in her 60s+. We are primarily looking for temporary staff who are available to work during the summer and can start orientation in June.
If you wish to continue as temporary staff in the fall, that works perfectly fine.
There is an opportunity to work with several of our clients to increase your working hours.
Work hours are scheduled: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and 7:00 PM–8:00 AM (night shift with active duties)
She needs assistance with personal care, cooking, cleaning, dressing, hair care, etc. Mobility aids are available for transfers to/from her wheelchair.
Her interests include shopping, interior design, hobbies, and spending time with family and friends.
You who are applying for this position should have
* a positive attitude and good humor
* be attentive and willing to see what needs to be done
* you must have a driver's license and a car, as she lives some distance from the nearest bus stop (approximately 5km)
* you should not have pet allergies, as there are cats in the home
* be a calm and reliable person with self-motivation
* have a strong ability to understand and empathize with another person's situation and perspective
It is advantageous if you have experience working in healthcare, but it is not required. The most important thing is that the personal chemistry between you and our client is a good fit.
