About the Workplace
We are a cheerful team responsible for approximately 6,500 registered patients within the framework of Healthcare Choice Halland. We believe this is an ideal size for a health center as we can offer all competencies under one roof, while still being small enough to maintain a personal feel. On the contrary, our guiding principle is to provide personalized care with the patient at the center.
The clinic was completed in 2016 in a former printing facility and retains some of its old charm, but inside it is as new with excellent functionality.
Job Responsibilities
The job includes standard outpatient care, possible child health services, home healthcare. We use a digital platform that we find works well. We work in the Cosmic journal system.
We operate our own weekend clinic, which we see as a major advantage for both patients and staff.
If you are interested in becoming an operational responsible co-owner and have the opportunity to lead and develop a business, there may be opportunities for that in the future.
Qualifications
Specialist certification in general medicine is a requirement, and some experience is naturally an advantage, but we also welcome those at the end of your specialist training who are eager for an exciting and developmental challenge.
Fluent knowledge of Swedish language both spoken and written is required.

You are medically competent and independent, but you are also a team player and enjoy working in a team around the patient. Enjoying your work group and everyone contributing to creating a good work environment is important. Therefore, we greatly value your social competence. At our clinic, everyone helps each other, which creates a sense of community that is so important for the end result: good care.
